By now you may have seen or heard of the PiYo DVDs. Now try a LIVE class with PiYo-Certified Instructor and Pulse Fitness owner Tammy Panzironi. PiYo is NOT Pilates or Yoga, but is however inspired by the two techniques MINUS the boredom. The workout is divided into various sections such as Heat Building, Lower Body, Full Body Fusion, Power, Flow, Core and More, and Strength and Stretch. PiYo is nonstop movement so prepare to SWEAT SWEAT SWEAT!
Please bring a mat. PiYo may be done barefoot or in sneakers.
An Insanity®-certified instructor will lead you through 50 minutes filled with plyometric drills, intervals of power and strength, and resistance moves. We will concentrate on the thighs, hips, stomach, and buttocks by using the most effective movements and we’ll also target the upper body, arms, chest, and back with the use of hand-held weights. Every fitness level is welcome and there are no complicated movements or choreography to worry about.
