Zumba

Zumba logoA Latin-inspired dance fitness class that incorporates Latin and international music and dance movements. Dancers and non-dancers alike will lose themselves in this party-like setting and actually forget that they’re working out while moving to explosive and passionate Latin rhythms. This effective workout is like no other and will leave you wanting more and more!
A hand towel and water bottle are suggested, but proper footwear is a must! Please wear supportive footwear such as dance shoes or sneakers that allow you to move comfortably around the room.

Zumba Gold

Done at a lower intensity and not quite as fast as regular Zumba but nevertheless just as much fun. This program is designed for active older adults, the true beginner or a person who may have physical limitations. Learn the Meringue, Salsa, Cha Cha, Twist, Belly Dance, Flamenco, Charleston and much more!

Zumba Lunch Express/Zumba Xpress

35–40 minutes of your favorite traditional Zumba class but more compact to suit your busy lifestyle.

Zumba 101

Just starting out or want to sharpen your moves? Zumba 101 breaks down some of the more popular Zumba steps and rhythms. It is an instructional class done with and without music.

Family Zumba

An explosive 45 minutes of child/family-friendly black light Zumba. This class is appropriate for all ages from 5-95. Everyone is welcome. Be sure to wear white or neon glow-in-the-dark colors—white works best.

Bootcamp

Intense cardio and military-style exercises combined with resistance and weight-bearing exercises. May also involve obstacles and drills to challenge your speed, stamina, and endurance. Not for the weak-hearted—bootcamp is for those who take fitness seriously and want to see results on the double! No booty shakin’ in this class!

R.I.P.P.E.D.

A high-energy workout that masterfully combines an easy, yet effective, cardiovascular routine interlaced with weights and resistance. It’s fun, created for all fitness levels, and will produce the results you are looking for.
5-10 lb hand-held weights and an exercise mat are required.

T-n-T (Tight-n-Tone)

Get your body in the best shape ever! We will concentrate on the thighs, hips, stomach, and buttocks by using the most effective movements and we’ll also target the upper body, arms, chest, and back with the use of hand-held weights. Every fitness level is welcome and there are no complicated movements or choreography to worry about.
5–10 lb hand-held weights and an exercise mat are required.

Hot Yoga

Heat is purifying, cleansing, and healing. When combined with yoga asana or poses, the heat allows muscles to find deeper stretches and the sweating will naturally detoxify the body. Hot yoga can help you cleanse both your body and your mind. The goal is to provide a safe, hot and sweaty yoga class in which you can find how deep your practice of yoga can get. Please review the guidelines and prepare for class so you may take advantage of this amazing style of yoga.
A yoga mat, large towel, and water bottle are required.

Vinyasa Yoga

Vinyasa Flow is an energetic style of yoga that emphasizes the mind-body connection. The fluid motion of poses builds strength and flexibility, while focusing and calming the mind. The flow of postures increases heat in the body, releases toxins, and improves cardiovascular stamina.
An exercise mat is required.

Yoga-lates

Whether you’re experienced at Yoga or Pilates or have wanted to try one or the other, then this is your chance to try Yoga-lates. Pilates trains your core muscles (abdominals and back) and stretches your spine while yoga improves flexibility, balance, and breathing. By fusing these two techniques together you have a challenging workout that is adaptable to all levels of ability.
An exercise mat is needed.
